She continues to be precious ... most of the time.
Her faces are hilarious most days.
She loves to watch the ducks and ponder her existence. :)
But mostly she likes the wind in her hair.
And climbing trees, yes, climbing trees.
I still haven't let David convince me to cut her hair.
Making sure she doesn't fall in...again.
Always happiest when with Daddy!
:)
This is her own pose, just being cute by the waterfall.
Continually curious.
A little moody.
Initiates her own naps.
And still isn't too big for snuggles.
Henley is awesome! Today she peed on the potty for the first time (twice!). Not a habit yet, but working on it. In other news, she is so tall she is at David's belly button and we had to buy a 5T swimsuit for her last week. Her vocabulary is growing and we often catch her singing "Happy Birthday" or "Ring Around the Rosies". She is gaining independence and sometimes will not hold hands outside on Main Street (which completely stresses me out), but she makes it to the car safely. She loves to slide at the playground and would stay there all day if there were no such things as poopy diapers. Some days she will attempt to sleep in the toddler bed, but she isn't quite ready and goes back to the crib. She will talk on the phone and copy words at prompt as well as spontaneously say other words. She is super shy when company comes over, but has learned how to share with the babies (seems like Henley is the oldest of my group of friends' kids...) but will readily remember (and blame) the baby was there when the crayon broke. We are so ready for her to get to see family again in May!
I have a new achievement! Blog's Birthday
